Course description
This hands-on course helps first-time managers create clarity and momentum in their first 30 days. You will set 3–5 priorities, schedule weekly check-ins, learn simple feedback scripts, and build trust quickly with your team. The focus is Nigerian workplace realities: limited time, multi-role teams, and results pressure.
